Kelly Moore, Co-Creator/Founder

Kelly joined the visionary multichannel retailer HSN in 1999; her role encompassed multiple areas of buying and product development. As head buyer for the categories of Intimate Apparel, Denim, and Casual Sportswear Kelly was responsible for annual net sales exceeding $50 million. Kelly’s accomplishments included elevating the brand profile and sales of Rhonda Shear Intimates to the number one brand in the intimate’s category. In addition to increased on-air sales, Kelly also increased the .Com sales penetration in the intimate’s category through key item strategies, specialty product procurement, and expanded assortments. Her successes were not limited to the Intimates category. Kelly was also responsible for launching key national brands in the denim category including Seven and Jag Jeans as well as legendary brands Jordache and Gloria Vanderbilt during their recent popular resurgence. Additionally, Kelly also sourced and developed collections with celebrities and designers such as: Suzanne Somers, Patti Labelle, Randolph Duke, Debra McGuire, Stephanie Seymour, and Allen Schwartz of A.B.S.
In 2006 Kelly joined the team at Shear Enterprises, serving as the Director of Product Development and Merchandising. Combining her eye for design, trend forecasting abilities, and product development experience with her buying expertise from brick and mortar retailing and E-commerce she assisted in growing the resident brand. Kelly’s responsibilities included product development, sourcing and costing as well as quality assurance, fit, and ultimately logistics and presentation. In addition she helped to manage the electronic retailing accounts for the company.
With almost 18 years of industry experience under her belt, Kelly decided the time had come to take her knowledge and learning’s and expand on a solution to an ever frustrating personal expedition… to find fashion forward, quality foundations that actually fit her 34F bust. When former colleague, now best friend, Mary Pifko said one day “Let’s just create our own line” after a fitful search of her own to find colorful, on-trend full cup intimates to fit her 32F bust. With all of their combined years of experience in the intimates market there had never been solution to their problem… until the day Mary and Kelly co-founded Curveturiere, LLC. The journey has begun!
Kelly currently resides in Tampa, Florida with her husband Brian and French bulldogs Belle and Justice.
Kelly is a member of the Auburn University Apparel Advisory Board for the School of Human Sciences, Fashion Board, and Women’s Philanthropy Board.
Mary Pifko, Co-Creator/Founder
Mary Pifko, co-creator/founder of Curveturiere, LLC, currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida. Having graduated from the University of Georgia with BS in Fashion Merchandising and a Mass Communications minor, she began her career as a BCBG selling specialist for Neiman Marcus. From there she joined national e-commerce and multimedia retailer HSN, working in multiple facets of product development and buying. Accepting increased responsibilities, Mary was accountable for Intimate Apparel and Designer Brand categories with annual net sales exceeding $35 million. Mary’s accomplishments included developing product and sales presentation strategies to enhance the growth of HSN’s number one intimate’s brand, Rhonda Shear, leading Mary to annual company-wide award recognition. HSN’s intimates brand profile was elevated by Mary building relationships and launching national brands such as Yummie Tummie, Hanky Panky, Va Bien, Le Mystere by Groupe Le Mystere, Champion, Warner’s, Maidenform, Glamorise, and Honeydew. She secured the launch of Dr. Robert Rey Shapewear, which led to HSN’s first million dollar launch in Intimate Apparel and highest new customer acquisition for a launch in Apparel and Accessories. While at HSN Mary also successfully developed and sourced seasonal collections with celebrity designers and personalities such as: Susan Lucci, Stefani Greenfield, Loulou de la Falaise, Ranjana Khan, Laurie Feltheimer, Steven Stolman, Debra McGuire, David Emanuel, and Stephen Burrows.
Leaving HSN, Mary launched her own consulting firm-brilliantly taking her proven track record for procuring trend-right seasonal collections, expertise of understanding the inner workings of multimedia retailing, and her knack of executing the vision of celebrities and designers. Traveling extensively to NYC, LA, Las Vegas, South America and Europe, she has managed multiple apparel, footwear, accessories, and intimates brands for celebrities and designers. Her clients not only benefit from her breath of manufacturing and retail relationships, as she oversees product production from initial concept to delivery, but her specialty, a deep and knowledgeable understanding of the internal workings of multimedia retailers. Mary's brands can be found on HSN, ShopNBC, TSC, and QVC UK. In addition to product development and sourcing, her services include: attendance at marketing and buyer meetings, quality assurance control, model-styling, and vendor visit coordination.
After 15 years in the fashion apparel industry, it was finally time for Mary to take her accomplished skills and knowledge and find a solution to a personal quest of her own... quality foundations that were both fashionable and affordable to fit her 32F bust. She thought, who better to partner with than her colleague and mentor-turned best friend, Kelly Moore, who shared her frustration of lack of color and trend in the full-cup intimates market. Together Mary and Kelly co-founded Curveturiere, LLC. ...And a new chapter begins!
